7digital What we said: Having raised their game with 2011’s Ritual Union, Gothenburg’s finest have done it again with the follow-up. Nabuma Rubberband boasts just as many huge pop hooks as its predecessor, but also a darker, more lusciously-layered feel that reveals new depths on repeated listens. So while singling out highlights is a pretty thankless task, we’re currently stuck on the soulful skip of "Paris" and De La Soul-collaboration "Killing Me", which sees Nagano’s blissful vocals gliding over a filthy, subterranean, synth groove.
