A signature tune of the Priest, 'Breaking The Law' came from an album that reflected changes in the direction of British metal. British Steel veered away from bluesy roots, earning them a big hit in the process.

Buoyed by their success, the band filmed what is widely regarded as the greatest video ever. It has everything; Cadillacs, studs, leather and the unchecked power of metal, bursting eardrums, glasses and inducing involuntary shredding in innocent bank guards - all through the muscle of abrasive chords and snarled vocals.
